Module Two (Fee £20):

Hockey Next Step Course

 (3 Hours)

Basic skills

Mini-Hockey

 

Minimum age 18.

10 Hours Total.

 

Candidates may be expected to complete the Leaders Award prior to commencing this course.

 

Module Three (Fee £30):

(4 Hours)

Technical e.g.

Moving with the ball

Passing

Receiving

Tackling

Goal scoring

 

Module Four (Fee £30):

(4 Hours)

Tactical e.g.

Systems of play

Principles of play

Set pieces

 

Module Five (Fee £5):

(2 Hours)

Practical Assessment.

 

Candidates will be given guidance by the National Development Manager on entry points to the course in recognition of coaching experience or other formal recognised learning.

15 Hours Total.

 

Candidates may be expected to complete the Youth Coaches Award prior to commencing this course.
