CERTIFICATE OF MERIT
The Certificate of Merit may be awarded to individuals for
distinguished service or exceptional contribution to Welsh
hockey over a period of at least 7 years (for Union members) or
at least 10 years (for non Union members). Not more than 6
awards are made in any year and to the recipients we offer our
grateful thanks.
