WHU announce the draws for the first round of the 2006/7 season Women's competitions
The draws for the following competitions was made by: Alison Cook, Chairperson WHU Competitions Committee.
 

WOMEN'S CUP

First round to be played on Sunday 24th September 2006 apart from the three matches highlighted in green which involve University teams. These three matches will be played on Sunday 15th October.
 

Pwllheli has a bye into the next round and will be joined by the five seeded teams: Swansea; UWIC; Penarth; Welshpool; UC Cardiff.
 

WOMEN'S SHIELD

First round to be played on Sunday 8th October 2006 apart from the UC Swansea v Bridgend match which will be played on Sunday 29th October.
 

The following teams have byes into the next round: Newtown; Milford Haven; UC Aberystwyth Dinefwr A’r Fro; Colwyn Bay; Wrexham; Pembroke; Cwmbran; Buckley; Whitchurch.
 

WOMEN'S 2nd XI CUP

First round to be played on Sunday 22nd October 2006
 

The following teams have byes into the next round: Cardiff Athletic;  Penarth; Swansea UWIC; Bridgend

WOMEN'S VETERANS CUP

The first round to be played on Sunday 26th November 2006
 

Howardian have a bye into the next round
