Sarah Thomas selected for
GB Olympic Squad

Great Britain Hockey has announced the training squad of 24 players who will be preparing for the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing. Sarah Thomas (Rotterdam HC) is the sole Welsh representative and will be seeking to add to her 10 GB caps in the forthcoming five test series against Argentina (20th to 27th November). The training squad is subject to an ongoing assessment and review and a further eight athletes will be monitored via the respective Home Nation programmes.
